Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 내시경하 중재적 방사선 시술에 참여하는 내시경실 간호사의 방사선 방어행위 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시행하였다.
방법: 본 연구는 전국 30개 의료기관의 내시경실에서 방사선 관련 업무를 시행하는 간호사 188명을 대상으로 2019년 3월 22일부터 4월 10일까지 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료 수집을 실시하였다. 설문지는 일반적 특성 및 직무관련 특성, 방사선 방어지식, 방어태도, 방어행위, 자기 효능감 및 안전문화로 구성되었다.
결과: 다중 회귀 분석 결과 방사선 방어행위는 방사선 방어태도가 높을수록(β=.65, p<.001), 안전문화 수준이 높을수록(β=.12, p=.035), 자기효능감이 높을수록(β=.14, p=.009), 방사선 방어 프로토콜이 비치되었을 때(β=.11, p=.038) 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.
결론: 본 연구를 토대로 내시경실 간호사의 방사선 방어행위 증진을 위해 이를 대상으로 한 방사선 안전관리 교육 프로그램 개발 및 지속적인 의무교육이 필요함을 시사한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing the Radiation Protection(RP) behaviors of endoscopy nurses during endoscopic interventional radiology.
Methods: A total of 188 endoscopy nurses working at 30 tertiary or general hospitals participated in this questionnaire-based study. The questionnaire included items on general and job related characteristics, RP knowledge, RP attitude, RP behavior, self-efficacy, and safety climate. Data were collected through online surveys from March 22 to April 10, 2019.
Results: Multivariate analysis revealed that RP attitude (β=.65, p<.001), safety climate (β=.12, p=.035), self-efficacy (β=.14, p=.009), and existence of RP protocols (β=.11, p=.038) were significant predictors of better RP behavior.
Conclusion: The findings showed that the RP behavior of endoscopy nurses was at high levels and the continuing education for endoscopy nurses and development of a radiation safety management education program were important to improve RP behavior.
